Howdy, y’all! I’m Todd Williams, and I’m here to make your real estate journey smoother than a Texas two-step and way more exciting than waiting in line at the DMV. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just dreaming, I’ll guide you through the process with a blend of expertise, humor, and a big dose of Southern hospitality.

  • A Little About Me

    Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, I’ve been a proud Texan my whole life. Right after high school, I spent two years serving Uncle Sam as part of the U.S. Army Military Police Corps in the Republic of Panama. Yep, I’ve seen a few things—and I know how to stay calm under pressure (like that one time while showing a home to some clients, only to find the owner in the shower—true story).


    First licensed in 2002, I have built my business by creating strong, longtime relationships with my clients right from the start. Who doesn’t like working with a friend? I thoroughly enjoy helping veterans, first-time home buyers, and anyone who wants to turn their “one day” into “day one.”

  • Music

    I’m the founding member and vocalist/guitarist for a rock and roll trio called Stone Wisdom. When I’m not selling a house, I’m shaking a foundation somewhere! Rock On!
